Be on the lookout over the next few weeks for unusual looking Adirondack chairs strategically placed throughout the City of Geneva.
The Adirondack Chair-ity Event was developed as a fun and creative way to showcase the talents of our community while raising funds to maintain the aesthetics of Geneva’s Mainstreet.
Implemented by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce Promotions Committee, businesses and individuals were invited to create imaginative and unique works of art using a simple adirondack chair as the canvas.
Beginning Tuesday, June 19, the 25 completed chairs, as listed below, will be displayed in various locations around Geneva. The chairs will be publicly auctioned off during the Geneva Days Celebration at 7 p.m., on July 3, at the city park. Auction proceeds will be used to benefit the Geneva Mainstreet banners.
The following is a list of the Chair themes and their sponsors.  Each chair will be located at the sponsors place of business unless otherwise noted as below.
