The Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves fell victim to a fourth-quarter rally and were nipped by the Parkview Christian Patriots 55-52 in boys basketball Thursday, Feb. 10 at Lincoln.

Exeter-Milligan had led by one after the third quarter.

Exeter-Milligan lost the game from three-point range, making 2 of 8 from long range compared with 7 of 14 for Parkview Christian.

Parkview Christian jumped in front 16-13 after the first quarter, and held an edge of 14-8 in the second quarter. Exeter-Milligan had an advantage of 18-8 in the third period to take a lead of 39-38 going into the final period.

The Exeter-Milligan season mark fell to 11-11.

Exeter-Milligan sank 14 of 25 from the line. The Timberwolves made 18 of 47 field goal attempts, while Parkview Christian was 21 of 45 from the field. The Patriots sank 8 of 10 free throw tries.
