STOP the Bleed campaign is a national effort to raise awareness of basic actions to stop life threatening bleeding following everyday emergencies and man-made and natural disasters. Your opportunity to save a life by learning what everyone should know to stop bleeding after an injury will be held at the Ohiowa Fire Hall on Monday, January 29, at 6:30 p.m.
The approximate one hour training is being hosted by the Ohiowa Rescue team and is open to the public. To ensure adequate practice supplies are available, please reply by January 24 to Vicki Ozenbaugh (402-295-2505). The training will qualify for one-hour of EMS credit.
