Eagle Girls Lose To Deshler

The BDS Eagles lost to the Deshler Dragons 40-33 in girls basketball Tuesday, Dec. 14 at Deshler in a matchup that was close throughout.

“We came out very quick and built a quick 12 point lead,” said BDS co-head coach Michael Brown. “Our shooting went cold mid-way through the second quarter and we struggled the rest of the game. Deshler shot the ball well and made their free throws down the stretch. We had a chance at the end of the game to take the lead at 32-32, but our shots and free throws would not fall.”
